Technically, yes, you would lose the others, because a reciprocated license depends on maintaining the primary in good standing. That used to not be enforced very hard, but in the days now where NABP uses the centralized database, that's not a good idea. You could retake the exams and get them as license by examination.
No. But you can’t get any other licenses by reciprocating a reciprocated license, so it’s a good idea to have a license by exam somewhere.
