Reciprocating PT license from state to state

Hello, I'm asking this question for a friend.

Concerning PT licensure, if you originally get licensed in Pennsylvania and transfer that license to South Carolina, North Carolina, and Michigan, do you have to keep the Pennsylvania license active?

For pharmacy, if I lose my NJ license, I lose my other licenses but I am not sure if the same rule applies for physical therapists.
