Hi all,

To study for my DAT (May 26th) I've been using primarily DAT Destroyer and DAT Bootcamp so far. I took the 2007 practice test and will also be taking the 2009 practice test in 2 weeks or so. (I recommend Destroyer/Bootcamp to everyone!) I just finished destroyer for my first time, and I'm about to attempt it again while using Bootcamp but I also wanted to get some of your opinions about which (if any) other DAT practice material would be useful.

From the resources that I've heard most about (Crack the DAT, Topscore, Achiever, Qvault, etc), would anyone who has taken the DAT before be able to recommend a good, HARD series of 3 or 4 practice tests? My goal would be, in addition to studying and taking the various Bootcamp/destroyer questions during the week, to also simulate as much of a real test simulation as possible on the weekends.

Thank you all for your help, and good luck to everyone!

I had the same question too! It seems like Qvault is good for BIO and RC and Topscore is good as well. I'm still debating. I've been searching different threads to get good answers. Some people mentioned that Topscore is too easy compared the real DAT. I'm not sure which one to get!!

I took my DAT on monday. The only practice exams I used were the ADA and Topscore. I have to say that topscore science was a bit harder than the real thing. I scored an average of 18-20 on all of the 3 exams and scored higher in each on the real thing. RC and QR were pretty representative although I scored a bit higher on RC and a bit lower on QR.

For my 3 topscore exams... BIO/GC/OC/PA/RC/QR

18/20/18/21/23/21
21/18/19/21/22/19
17/19/18/23/23/22

My real DAT

20/21/24/23/26/19

As you can see, for most sections I improved (other than QR but who cares)
