Recommend applied health psychology text for internship rotation?

I am interested in finding an applied health psychology text that might be helpful for a health psychology rotation at the VA? I will be doing pain class, smoking cessation, and HCV groups and lots of different evaluations. Maybe CBT-I.

I can't recall the name of the text I found most useful, but APA published this recommendation for training;
