Recommend me books!

I'm starting my clinical rotations soon, could you guys recommend me the best books to study Surgery, Peds, Ob/Gyn, and Internal medicine from?

I read somewhere here that BRS for peds, and step up to medicine for IM are good.
And what about neruology and cardiology?
