I need suggestions for a good pocketbook (especially for medicine) that is actually practical and useful. For instance, I've read about diabetes in numerous textbooks, but I need a good book which actually discusses how to write orders for and do the dosage for insulin. So basically I need a book that has the useful, practical things which we use everyday, not just the principle stuff we read about in our books.Thanks.
