The Stahl's prescriber guide for children/adolescents is not great. I also don't love Rutter's for psychopharm although the assessment and management portions of each disorder are pretty good.
I like the Clinical Manual of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology by Robert Findling the most.
Green's Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychopharmacology is also good although a bit too thorough at times especially if you're seeking something more concise.
The two CAP textbooks that tend to be highly rated are Dulcan's book and Lewis's book.
Just thought of the McVoy manual as well (Clinical Manual of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology)
-- divided by diagnosis, easy to read, lots of tables and studies cited.
