Recommendation from the less shadowed Dentist

I shadowed 3 dentists, one I shadowed for about 60 hours, but he barely speaks english. I shadowed another dentist for about 20 hours, and I shadowed my aunt for about 80 hours. I am planning to get a recommendation from the dentist that I shadowed for 20 hours how bad would that look on the application?

Nothing wrong with an LOR from a dentist you shadowed for 20 hrs, the one I had was only like 14 hrs. As long as the quality is there then it's all good.

Obviously you can't use your aunt's and I personally wouldn't risk it with the dentist that can't speak english.
