Recommendation letter Error?

Hey! so I submitted my optomcas application last week.

I have been doing supplements today and I see that for midwestern, it is showing that I am missing recommendation letter.

I have submitted my application with 4 letters including one from optometrist.

On OptomCas website recommendation tab, it is showing 'Individual' on 'Evaluation Request'. Is this something that I missed? is it supposed to be like 'former employer, optometrist etc..'

Or is it like pending status on midwestern website?

Man, I thought OptomCas application is all but the supplemental applications are pain in the ass too! and there are more essays and money!! UGH!

for mine, midwestern (arizona) took a little longer to process my letter as well, even though it was completed and received by optomcas. and the status never changed from individual on any of mine so it think that's how it's supposed to be
