What is the maximum number of recommendation letters that I can give to OTCAS?

Also, is there a set in stone page minimum/maximum for the personal statement?

You can have up to 5 recommendations and a minimum of 3. There isn't any minimum/maximum for the personal statement in terms of words/pages, but I guess there may be a maximum file size.
