My situation is that i am looking for schools that have a community which may have or provide job opportunities for a pediatric occupational therapist?

thanks

Osteopathic schools? Are you sure that you are posting in the right forum? Occupational therapy is OT not DO.

If you are in fact looking for osteopathic schools, I guess that your best bets are the schools near a city: CCOM, AZCOM, COMP, DMU, NSU, PCOM etc. I doubt rural schools will have much pathology nearby for pediatric OT.

Something just doesn’t seem right about “Pediatric occupational therapist”….

I thought child-labor was illegal in this country…but again you learn something new on SDN everyday…

echo5fox, are you looking for employment for a spouse or are you an OT yourself looking for part time employment while in school?

I would guess that most major cities will have those types of job openings, but I haven't looked, personally.

Good luck!

yeah, i was a little brief:
I am applying this cycle for osteopathic medicine.
Occupational Therapy for children, yeah i was kinda new to it as well. From my point of view, she works with children with behavioral issues whether incurred by genetics or environmentally to help lead a more sociable and "normal" lifestyle.
The title maybe a little misleading, thankfully this isn't Malaysia, and the prime minister hasn't signed a deal with mogatu-----zoolander
