Definitely the KMK and the Butterworth Heinemann Review Questions (Part 1 & Part 2 books, since the new Part 1 is the old Part 1 & Part 2 combined). Also Casser's 1000 Questions is probably pretty good too, but I didn't have time for it.
The Berkeley Study Guide was recently revamped to follow the new outline for the new Part 1 and is pretty good, but also very detailed. It might be a good starting point or reference book though.
