Recommended classes before taking MCAT (2017)

As the thread title asks, which classes should I have under my belt before taking this thing? I don't want to waste time on classes I don't need, but at the same time I want to have a fair shot at it

Intro to biochem is helpful. Some people say genetics and intro to cell biology helps as well.

I didn't know "intro" to biochem was a thing...do most schools have that?

o.chem
o.chem or biochem lab
biochem (enzyme kinetics and metabolism)
biology
physics

anatomy, physiology, microbio, cell bio, research, genetics, and psych would help but aren't required because topics from these courses can be self-learned for MCAT purposes.
