Recommended ECs for post-bac student?

Hey everyone, so I am going to have to study post-bac and take orgo and physics (probably retake gen chems while taking physics). These will probably be part time studies. I am hoping to get a full or part time job at a hospital (like ED registration or something) or something with my psychology degree medically related. Also, I am going to go ahead and get my nursing assistant certification. If I work as an NA and/or hospital job while taking the remaining classes and preparing for MCAT, etc. what other ECs would you recommend? I did hospital volunteering previously as an undergrad, but it was only 1 full semester. I know I need some volunteering, but what else would look good? I'll be moving back home and taking classes at a smaller college (for financial reasons obviously), so research is out the window.

Sounds like you already have a full load. If you can handle more, then look at your shadowing, get more than 100 clinical volunteer hours and get out into the community. Try to take a leadership position. Make your ECs try to tell a story rather than a check box.
