Can anyone help out here -- a gentleman came in with what appears to be a failed composite graft reconstruction of a modest full thickness defect involving his left ala. I have done a couple of surgeries on his wife and he wants me to try and improve on the result some. Any idea if Medicare would cover this? This is a first for me -- generally any touch-up work is on my own patients and I don't charge for a perceived failure on my part (justified or not).
Thanks.
