Record the hours or no ?

So, I understand that you keep track the hours you have volunteered at XYZ hospital as a volunteer.

Do you also record (keep track of) your hours in Biology club or chemistry club ? Because sometimes we organizite activities and stuff.

Is the AAMC application gonna require you to do that ?
