Okay, so I'm taking a finance class for a Business minor (figure a Business background is useful for any major, even medical).
So I'm doing pretty well, making As on the homework, studying diligently every day and getting through the practice exam with no problem.
It comes time to take the midterm, and I blow through it without even breaking a sweat. I walk out thinking, "That went pretty well."
One week later, I check to see I got a big fat 75% on the test.
Has anybody ever been in this situation?
The midterm is worth 25% of my grade, so it's a pretty sizeable portion. It's curved, but I don't know how big the curve will be and the curve happens at the end of the term.
For anybody in this situation, what did you do get get out of it and finish with an A in the class (any class works)?
