Hey Colleagues-to-be,

Just wondering, have you guys been receiving recruitment phone calls/e-mails/letters from programs? And, for the PDs out there, how should students interpret these outreach efforts?

I got a handful of thank you cards. Some with hand written notes from PD's. Those are nice but I'm sure everyone that interviews at these places gets the same. I doubt I would read into anything except maybe a phone call.

Yea. I really appreciated what the PD at Emory said. He said something to the effect of "if we send you a thank you, it's just that, a thank you. Don't try to read into it - the same one goes to everyone"
