When schools send secondaries and request letters of reccomendation, will the standard committee letter generated by the premed advisory board suffice? Or must we send additional letters that are of a more personal origin?

You're going to want both the composite letter and the individual letters. They're going to want to hear from the people who you've worked with, not a couple people sitting in an office who are writing a letter based on a set of letters that you've given them. Make sure your school/letter service sends out both the composite letter and the individual recommendations all in one neat packet.

Good luck.
