Hi, I'm an M4, looking for book recommendations with clinical vignettes with differential diagnoses, pathology, treatments, etc. like the kinds of stuff I see at noon report at my home institution, in the field of internal medicine. Trying to keep my mind engaged on my time off, and prepare for residency. Any recommendations? Thanks.
