Hi SDN members!
I am wondering if I had the choice between getting fresh reference letters for Family Medicine Application vs. going back to my old referees (more than 1 year old) and doing another observership/externship to renew the experience, which one is better.
I would like to maximize my chances this year by getting fresh reference letters within a year of the application submission date.
Thank you!
