I thought it might be nice to get a running list going of reference books and NAVLE prep materials for anyone interested in that kind of thing.
I didn't see a thread on this already created anywhere (someone please link me if there is one!), and with Christmas coming up I'm sure I'm not the only one hoping to get a good reference text from Santa!
I'd ideally like to find something that would be useful both for studying for the NAVLE and for actual veterinary practice afterwards. Here's what I've come up with as potentially useful after talking to some fellow vet students/veterinarians. Any thoughts on these?

Cote - Clinical Veterinary Advisor: Dogs and Cats
Yin - The Small Animal Veterinary Nerdbook
Blackwell's Five-Minute Veterinary Consult Series
