I'm doing the best that I can to educate and dispel the dis- and misinformation out there about our field. It really does not help that we have a physiatrist who does nothing but consults and rights the same thing "pt appropriate for rehab vs. SNF" on every patient.
That being said, is there a journal article that outlines a certain type of patient with an algorithm of when to refer a patient to a physiatrist?
