Reflection

In some countries there is a requirement for doctors to complete reflection after every single course or event they attend. It is pretty much like self-assessment but it is a very tedious process. Doctors tell me that instead of inspiring, it simply kills any ambition.

I'd like to know in what European countries "reflection" is mandatory.
