regarding lor match form..urgent

hi everyone 1,
i have got the lor and know came 2 know about the lor.i have sealed envelope without the match form.can i send the match form attcahed to the related lor and send it.It is difficult to get in again done from the prefessor.plz help

yes you can attach the match form to the sealed envelope and send it..i had done the same last year

dO V NEED TO SEND THE LORS TO DIFFERENT UNIV.OR CAAPID WILL SEND IT. IN CASE I NEED TO SEND LOR SEPRATELY TO DIFF.UNIV. DO I NEED TO SENDTHE MATCH FORM WITH EACH LOR OR MATCH FORM IS JUST TO BE SEND TO THE CAAPID ONLY.

caapid sends your lors to all schools...but just check each school requirements..because some schools slike UCSF want you to send lors to them separately and you do not need to send matching forms to schools only to caapid
