Regarding Lung Cleansing Meds

hey guys i found this website that may help my lung situation of coughing up mucus and recently with blood streaks in em. but not much blood, just a tinge of pink. anyway, i'm planning to use this stuff. but i wanted a second opinion. please take a look:
