Regarding NDBE

If a student has failed in more than 3 subjects in final year and reappeared and cleared in the next time,then will they be disqualified from appearing for NDBE?(International student)
If not what are the disdavantages and what % is required to get into dental school?

You'd probably be better off posting this in the International Dental forum. I don't know anything about international students/dentists and the process of gaining licensure or admission.
