I just recently started looking into DO and I was wondering one thing. I only have one health related EC, which is volunteering at the hospital this past summer. I have 150+ hours of experience. Will volunteering for a short period of time (one summer) put me at a severe disadvantage if I decided to apply for this upcoming cycle?

Provided you had a lot of patient contact and weren't just filing that should be OK.
