I have been in University for a long time now and I am still a few semesters away from getting my degree...however if I go for my regents degree I am able to graduate this fall.

My question is as follows...If I wish to save myself time and money and pursue this degree will it effect me in the interview process when I merely have a bachelors of arts with no "major" attachment even though I have completed all med school pre-reqs and get a decent MCAT score?

All they care about is:

1. do you have a bachelor's degree? they don't care what your major is.
2. what is your GPA?
3. did you complete the necessary pre-reqs?
4. what is your MCAT score?
