Hello,

I am retaker for NBDE 1 and have already registered on 14th Dec and got application received email from ADA.
But still didn't get eligibility letter from them. So anyone has same problem?
I asked many times them if I won't get it before 31st then will I lose my chance to retake or what? But they told strongly I just have to be applied before 31st Dec.
But I am worried about it, hope because of anyhow they won't prevent me from retake.
Can anyone has the same problem with this????? And heard any new thing form them then pls share here..................M really tensed now.....

Hello Indianbds,

even i have registered for NBDE part 1 retake in dec. When I called ADA they said that they will send eligibility letter after one month of your registration, so dont worry about the eligibility letter and they also said that if you just apply bfore 2010, you are good for retake.
