I love it how you can post a question and within a couple of hours know the answer. What I'm curious about is what schools offer regional interviews and when they will start doing them. I'm from Cali and it is getting expensive to fly everywhere and curious if there is some schools which I can just hold off on for a little while, save some money, but still interview. So here is the format.

School. When they start doing regional interviews if known, and where the regional interviews will be held if known. Here are the few that I know of

Saint Louis University: West coast interviews which probably start a month or two from now. I'm not totally sure when.

Case Western: They will interview at Detriot Ford Hospital. I don't know if they will go across the country.

George Washington University: Will start regional int's in January. Not sure where they will go.

Duke: Don't know much about this. Only that they do them.

That's all I know. Don't worry about cutting and pasting these guys. It will get confusing. A week or so from now I'll cut, paste and alphabatize all of the listings. If you have something new to put for a school, go ahead and cut and paste. I'll start a converse post of schools with no regional interviews so that nobody will ask if XYZ has regionals. Thanks all

I'm not sure how current this info is but Kenneth Iserson's "Get Into Medical School" lists:
Columbia, Duke, GWU, Harvard, JHU, McGill, St Louis U, UMDNJ-NJ Medical, U of Michigan, U of Puerto Rico and U of Wisconsin
as doig regional interviews. I know Mayo also does a telephone pre-interview.

Add Vanderbilt to the list.

GWU does regional ints at UCLA
