Hi there,

Has anyone attended a regional interview yet? I've never been to one. Is there any feedback/advice that you can offer?

Thanks.

be there on time. (I was 20 or so mins late to mine...but I still got in). I'm guessing this is for BU?

Thanks. Yeah it's for BU. Was the interviewer nice? How long after the interview did you hear back from them? And were there any specific questions they asked?

Thanks again.
🙂

Do you think doing a regional interview instead of going to the school puts you at any disadvantage?? Like do they consider you not as interested in the school if you don't make the time and effort to go and visit their school? Thanks!

I talked to the admissions people and they just said that you won't be able to see the facilities, but in terms of your actual application they said that each person is evaluated equally. I'm trusting that that's true!

If you do regional, the only downside is that you dont get to see the city, school, faculty, facilities, students, etc...

Otherwise, everything else is equal. A good number of my classmates did regional interviews.

hey! i have a boston interview coming up in san francisco on dec. 16! anyone with me? huh? huh?

i interviewed right after I took the DAT (before the official scores went out) (was invited before I took the DATs). There's no disadvantage, I got in... I didn't accept, the deposit was 3K! and the cost of education there is probably one of the highest...

The interview was more of a chit chat, the two people that interviewed me were both really friendly.

I saw the school when I interviewed at Tufts (they gave me an extention on my acceptance)...
