Before getting to the payment page, I was asked to fill out a bunch of questions regarding myself and my family. Will these questions I filled out have any effect on my dental application in the future? thanks

Well, it depends, it can take some time depending on the people who are applying to take the test, although it usually takes 24-48 hours to receive the email with the eligibility ID. Also, check your Spam folder. Good luck!
