one of the bubbles you have to fill out as you complete your registration for taking the DAT..
does anyone have any info on what this exactly means?

I don't see a reason why you wouldn't checkmark "Yes".
However, it's VERY unlikely that recruitment will actually happen, because dental schools have much more than enough number of applicants.
