Does anyone know if rehab directors are required to have a MHA or MBA degree?

Employers will post requirements in their ads. Most that I have seen would state the minimum - a bachelor's degree and X years of management experience. An MBA may set you apart, but it's so easy to get an MBA now (think University of Phoenix).
