I have a CRNA come to my office to provide Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) sedation for my kyphoplasty procedures as these can be very uncomfortable for the patient. I have been having issues getting this sedation reimbursed. Does anyone have any tips about the best way to go about billing these cases? Thanks in advance!

I think the only way for this is to do it in a certified ASC using that site of service as the location of the procedure and related sedation.
