Reimbursements

I was hoping some of the docs and residents who have been exposed to billing aspects would share some reimbursement numbers for different things encountered in everyday podiatry. Obviously, there are variety of factors that can contribute to things and every insurance is different, but just general ball park numbers would be nice.

For instance, what does a heel injection get reimbursed? Diabetic nail care? Gastroc recession? Punch biopsy? Routine Austin bunion repair? Hammertoe correction? Other things?
