Rejected more than 2 cycles?

Just a thought from the pessimistic side of me. I think I would consider applying 3 times...at most. Haha. Has anyone been rejected 2+ years...and what did you do during each cycle?

Can I ask you what your statistics is? Your GPA, DAT scores and stuffs 🙂

Oh sorry actually I'm just a sophomore. :lame:
I haven't the taken the DATs yet and am not even done with my pre-reqs... 🙄

Oh, so you have plenty of time to prepare and should not be worried about reapplying yet 😉

maybe if you reread what OP said [slowly perhaps?] the purpose of the post will become more clear to you.

there's a guy in my class who applied 4 times -- got in off the wait list on his 4th cycle. he's one of the best students in the class. I'm impressed, I would have stopped after two.

took me 2 tries. i originally was considering packing it in if this one didn't work out, but someone on here had a quote (which i really wish i'd written down) about it being easy to fail and give up but it takes character to fail and keep trying. that kinda got me thinking about what a sobby bitch i was being about possibly not getting in and i think made me decide I would have tried for 2 more cycles. I also like this quote.

Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. - Thomas Edison
