Rejection after conditional acceptance due to senior year grades?

Does anyone have any information on how often people are actually rejected based on a drop in their acedemic performance after they are accepted? I have a senior project that I may get a poor grade on, which is 8 credits total. Every other class has been ~4.0 senior year, and my GPA is stellar otherwise.

I should probably just contact the specific school, but for some reason I don't want this possibility associated with my file.

i dont think its gonna matter much, they'll understand tht u'll have been busy with apps and such..
