Do schools update AADSAS or send an email when rejected, right away?
For Case, I saw "Received application/Denied" on AADSAS and then got the snail mail. Currently, it says "Received under review" for most schools like Columbia, BU, Temple, UCSF. I got confirmation emails from UMich, NYU, UOP. For USC, it says "Received/Application Complete" (does this mean that I'm waitlisted?) I hope I can get some invitations by the end of this month!

Don't worry so much Buccal. Many schools change their ADDSAS status to Application Complete, but I'm hoping too you will receive interview invites. Getting an application complete does not mean you are declined or waitlisted, many times it simply means that all paper work is received and you are being reviewed. For instance, when I applied last year, my USC status went from application complete to invited to interview.

So be positive, and dont get discouraged, the interview process is only starting to pick up a little speed. 🙂

Right now, my status for UCSF, USC, and Columbia has been update! I am not sure whether every school update AADSAS status for students. I think more schools update AADSAS status later in the cycle.

ok, well all of mine say Received/Under Review, and i've only seen it change to Invited for interview or it's still blank lol (really depressing haha)

so IMHO, i think that complete means that you're ahead of me in the queue and that you've passed through the admissions comittee and they're just making a final decision!

That's my thinking...i'm rooting for you. Hope we have quite a few invited threads from you!!!

Yea I received a BU invite via email. However AADSAS still says "received under review" with the big paragraph. It has been like that since my app was completed.

I'm nervous now, seemingly rejections are notified by snail mail. Maybe some are on its way😱

I think the most prominent schools to reject people right now are NOVA and Case....and I got both of them =P
