I am seriously considering relocating from Massachusetts to Washington state when I graduate with my Psy.D. in summer 2014 - and while I've found many resources on licensure requirements there are many gaps in the information. Has anybody had to take continuing education credits to fulfill WA licensure educational requirements (esp for subjects unpopular as CE's such as History & Systems)? Has anybody successfully (or unsuccessfully) used predoctoral practicum/internship hours in place of postdoctoral hours?

While I will have more than enough supervised hours (I will be 300 over) it looks as though if you are using practicum you must have received 2 hours a week of supervision from a licensed psychologist. (I received one hour per week from a licensed psychologist and one hour from an LMHC for practicum) Any advice related to relocating to Washington State before becoming licensed is welcome! Thanks!
