That would be rather unusual. I would suggest you plan ahead and anticipate needing to cover your own moving expenses.

One pharmaceutical company outside of the Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship program offered me a relocation package. I don't think the Rutgers-affiliated companies offer anything, as I have not received any information in that regard.

The few programs I am very familiar with do offer a relocation package, though usually it is not as generous as they would to an employee. For Rutgers-affiliated programs, rules prohibit discussion of relocation assistance until after the offer has been made and accepted, but at least several of those companies do offer some relocation help.
