Reminder: NYCOM/NYITs Secondaries open tomorrow!

There seems to be confusion on this every year. NYIT/NYCOM's secondaries should be able to be submitted tomorrow (July 15th). They do not send invitations to complete these secondaries until much later in the cycle, so if you sent a primary to NYIT/NYCOM then you can (should be able to) submit your secondary tomorrow. Unlike most schools, NYIT assumes that you know that all applicants can submit secondaries and will remember to fill out them out without being prompted by the admissions board.

Good luck to all that are applying! I'm a IS resident and NYIT is high on my list.

No problem. I'm a reapplicant and didn't get the email from NYIT until October 9th. If you're applying early, take all the advantages you can get an knock this secondary off your list right away. No essay prompts, just relisting relevant information.

If you mean LORs, then send them through interfolio. If you mean essay questions, then 1) there aren't any essays for NYCOM, just relisting some things 2) follow the link above.

I meant on interfolio. Did you use this address?

I didn't get an email acknowledging that they received my primary, either. Did you ask them if you could send anyway?
