School List: Currently applying broadly to all CA MD/DO schools. I have no idea what other schools I should apply to. Do I even have a change at OOS MD programs? Any recommendations/suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you so much!!

Most of the CA MD schools would sadly be a donation. You will also want to double check your hours as between just your research and care home experience, you have 7700 hours. Did you take multiple gap years?

Is the care home where you volunteer a nursing home or an assisted living facility ? What type of activity do you do with the residents ?

With your GPAs your only realistic CA schools are California University and Loma Linda (if you fit their mission). You could try a few OOS MD schools and I suggest these:

Creighton
Medical College Wisconsin
NOVA MD
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Your best chances will be at DO schools so apply broadly to many DO schools.
