What feedback did you receive from your prehealth advisors?
I'm not enthusiastic about your non-clinical community service. You have a Special Olympics leadership position already listed under leadership, and teaching community health to underserved populations isn't what most schools consider "service orientation." With no evidence of serving in food distribution, shelter volunteering, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation, your application is at risk of getting screened out at most schools.
