Removing Grade off Transcript

Yes I know of a friend. The professor was new and he made a violation of the "syllabus," got the dean of bio, chem, and a few advisors involved. Very special circumstances (The professor got fired who was teaching the first half over the summer and decided to let the class tank and not care anymore) caused her to be able to remove it. It is extremely difficult to do this at my school.
 
SO also, I want to say to anyone who may read a thread like this, DO NOT try and get a grade removed just because you are unhappy with your grade, don't try and make up stories if your problem was just lack of studying, too much partying etc. This should be reserved for when you had a legitimate problem during a semester and you were unable to withdraw regularly for whatever reason. I am not an expert or a judge on what constitutes a good reason, an advisor could help with that.
