Removing LORs after submission

I know you can add letters after submission, but can you remove them if one of your writers is taking too long and you want schools to start looking at it? I already have the minimum, but I am waiting on extras from physicians and one additional science professor....

I believe you can inform AMCAS that you wont be submitting that letter. It still counts toward your 10 though. Once added the LOR and submit your apps, you can't change it.
