The the CO2 in blood fills up in the kidneys, how does it transport over in the heart? Im confused why the Pancreas helps with this and how the parasympathetic nervous system moderates this. Any insight would be helpful

I'm guessing he's asking about carbonic anhydrase in the kidney vs heart or something...bicarb secretion from pancreas?

But yeah, no idea how to even begin addressing this question.
