So I just realized that my Kaplan MCAT course expired and I have access to NO material. I took my MCAT 2 weeks ago and hopefully I dont have to retake. But in the event that i do, is kaplan pretty lenient on giving a renewal for free? Has anyone had trouble renewing the course?

Thanks! If this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move it.

Did you complete all the material marked "required" and did you attend all the classes? You might be able to renew just by saying that you're considering taking the MCAT again, but I'm pretty sure it says in the contract that you have to do all the required material and not miss any classes in order to use the "higher score guarantee" and retake the course for free.

Read the fine print associated with your course and call them up to ask. They don't bite, and they'll give you a better answer than SDN probably can.

I found there customer service to be very understanding. Not sure about your case but for me, I had to postpone my MCAT by awhile (6 months) and they gave me a new digital subscription for 8 months for free. I did have to postpone because of a family health issue though.

As long as you did all the required things, you should have no issues. I wanted to retake and they renewed it with no questions asked.
