Well my wife and I just rented our house to a major in the Air Force for 3 years. It is a huge relief to know that it will cover all but about 100 a month in the expences. Now we will only have to worry about renting it one more time. If it keeps appreciating like it has we should make about twice what school will cost over the next 3 years. Now we just have to find another house to live in 2500 miles away.
